KFC USA Nashville Hot Chicken

Working with the KFC US retail ops and innovation teams to develop full-scale product, packaging and promotional market tests country wide. Nashville Hot is the most successful product launch in KFC’s history — quickly becoming a mainstay on the national menu.

I developed the identity and retail journey rollout (in-store and drive-thru) as well as leading the packaging, campaign concepts (including a food truck tour to 8 other Nashvilles across the US) and art directing the photography — shot by Dan Goldberg in Chicago.
